Protein Shake during Prep

    I know that most carbs should come from fiberous greens and I am sticking to that besides a protein drink post workout that contains 4g of carb.  I do not have a carb free protein currently.  Is it acceptable to drink this post workout or should I just get a carb free protein?  Yesterday my total carb intake was 19g.

    As far as I thought….if you keep your total carbs under 30g you should be good.

    +1And try to keep it under 10g per meal.

    Ok, thank you.  Day 3 today, yesterdays carb count was 17g for the day and I am feeling pretty good so far.
