Hey Guys.I just read the carb backloading book and i am starting the prep phase. My question is, what ingredients do you use for your protein shake (while staying low carb)? Before this diet, my protein shake consisted of; 1 cup of unsweetened almomd milk, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana and a scoop to a scoop and a half of whey protein. Because this diet requires you to stay low carb, do i just mix my protein powder with water?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
