When figuring out your intake for you proteins & fats should you go by your current body weight or your lean body mass? Been on CNS for a while and have had good results so far, just started thinking though and want to make sure everythings right.

    I'd generally go by LBM.

Really it comes down to your current level of BF.If you are extremely obese, maybe go between LBM and TBM, if you are moderately overweight go with LBM, if you are lean wanting to get shredded then you can likely be close to TBM if you are only doing 1 carb up a week.

+1 Yet again though if you are getting good results dont change anything. The last thing you want to do is change something and it hinder your progress.
