Thanks Gl;itch.eif i have only 3hrs to backload. e.g. first meal: pwo with stream white ricean hour later: meat and some fatan hour later my last meal: 2 or 3 donuts and a cup of ice-cream.Would the above be too much in 3 hrs? Thanks in advance.

Nope. Sounds fine. How many grams of carbs does that work out to be? I backload from 7-10pm and fit down a 50g protein shake and a bag of gummy bears, another 50g shake and a pizza, steak and 1/4 tub of ice cream. Easy 400-500g of carb, 100g fat and about 150-200g protein.

Thanks again Gl;itch.etotal crabs: 200gtotal protein: 100gtotal fat: 70g first meal: pwo shake and white rice - carbs approx 100g and 50g proteinsecond meal: beef or chicken breast with veggies and butter - 50g protein and 30g fatthird meal: donuts and ice-cream - approx 100g carbs and 40g fatbtw, my weight is approx 152 to 155lbs and my target weight is 160 to 165.Best.

Id try to find a way to have protein and carbs in both of those last meals no matter how close together they are.

Thanks.so i will add my fourth meal: 20g protein shake (iso whey or casein) with a few bananas or potato.

I like your spirit to just add more, but why not just gofirst meal: pwo shake and bananas second meal: beef or chicken breast with veggies and butter with white rice (or potatoes)third meal: donuts and ice-cream with Casein shakeeasy.

    Got it!! Thanks Gl;itch.e
