Does anyone think this is needed since when workout in the morning your CBL needs to be high glycemic? and if so how much? Thanks

That would be a waste and too much during the day. A little more thought can be used here

Yeah. Plan your meals a bit better. You definately want to have protein during your backloads.

There are a ton of easy options to make sure you get your protein in during backloads. It's a few days before grocery shopping so my options were limited last night so I cooked potatoes in my last meal and I ran out of chicken in the meal before so I had eggs. If I am having cereal or pancakes I have a half whey/hydro shake with leucine.Cottage cheese would be a good protein to use also if you want something quick.

You definitely want protein with your carbs during backloads. Whether its from a lean whole food source or powder you should be getting it in with each carb meal. Try to keep it lean if its from whole foods. If you are hitting your macros before cbl your eating too much through the day. Think opposite from traditional ways of more food early and less later. We want less during the day and more at night.

I was kinda doing the before with IF 16-8. I would eat between 10-6 as much as I could and exclude bad carbs for 3 daysand the I woudl carb cycle one day as much as I could (around 600 carbs) and the I was fastingt the rest of the time with 0 calorie drinks like water and the BCAA.

You kind of lost me there. Just stick to less food early more later. I start the clock three hours after my last meal to start a fast. So last meal at ten,one o'clock the next day would be twelve hour fast. First meal at that time and go from there.

Now your getting it. Just mind the eggs (not too many.) Eat them with a fat source due to the fact they can cause an insulin spike. And keep an eye on the macro numbers. Try using the my fitness pal app. It will help you keep track of the numbers. Makes life a lot easier.

Do have to have protein in your backload if you already hit your protein requirements?  Probably not, but I think it would be a good idea to have a little bit.  All backloads have to be high glycemic whether you training in the morning or not.  For protein, I would have protein shake with 10 g of hydrolysate and 5 g of leucine and I would have a glass of milk or two.  Consuming these two protein sources will actually improve the insulin spike from the carbs, which is especially important for morning training.  I do not believe this meal has to be low fat either.
