Coconut, mct oil, butter all fine. Kiefer said at one point too many eggs at once can cause an insulin spike so fat will lessen that chance. Some people say backloads don't have to be low fat but were taught to ingest fat on ulc days so it will keep the chances of an insulin spike down (as far as I understand.) So in my mind it only makes sense to avoid excess fat during backloads so we can spike. I assume that's why kiefer says lean grass fed meat is an ideal source of protein for a backload. Some don't worry about the fat but I watch it.

Fat increases insulin release when there are carbohydrates.

here is one study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6368300shows basically insulin response to glucose was not affected by the presence of fat

Then why fat with protein during ulc??

you need fat for energy on ulc as its your primary source of it

Add to that a heavy protein only meal will spike insulin and drive your stress hormones up in an attempt to regulate blood sugar, and will breakdown the protein (and possibly other body tissues if the energy is needed) to make glucose. In that scenario youd be better off just eating carbs.

So when should I have my fat and protein on my backload?  seond or last meal?

More so on the last meal but you can have fat in any backloading meal. Its only becoming available as energy after 2-3 hours anyway.

Nope. Sounds fine. How many grams of carbs does that work out to be? I backload from 7-10pm and fit down a 50g protein shake and a bag of gummy bears, another 50g shake and a pizza, steak and 1/4 tub of ice cream. Easy 400-500g of carb, 100g fat and about 150-200g protein.

Id try to find a way to have protein and carbs in both of those last meals no matter how close together they are.
