PWO Shake – Next Day Not Training

    Hey guys,So I'm training today, but not tomorrow. I know I dont have a backloading meal, but do I add carbs to my PWO shake?Also If I'm training thursday can I backload wednesday even though I dont workout?

    When do you train? AM Training you backload night prior, like in the book.Back to Back days off you backload on the second day before a training day, like in the book.PM training you backload PWO, like in the book. You don't have to use carbs in the shake if you don't want to or need it.

    Yep, you have to learn to listen to your body's needs and how it's feeling on any given day or workout session. This is also vital for knowing how many backloads to have, and the amount of carbs in each one. Thankfully this gets easier, but does take time – 6 months for me, more or less.
