Im doing carbnite. I know kiefer hates quesr bars and ive read they are being sued for false label claims. My question is should i just stay away from them on my ULC days. Also i found sweet gherkin pickels. They are sweetened with splenda. They seem legit but taste so good that im afraid i shouldnt be eating them. The ingredients clearly state that the only have sucralose in them so i figure they are safe. Any thoughts?
My girlfriend stops losing completely when she eats Quest bars. And that's only one a day as a "treat/dessert."
They've made my wife sick. She has a lot of allergies and after we didn't see anything on the label that should have made her sick, that was a bad sign they were a bit misleading.
