I believe that this will probably be a rather pointless and dumb question, but unfortunately, I did indulge in two carb nites this  weekend Saturday and Sunday. Do I need to do the entire ten days or could I shorten it to maybe 5 or 7 by doing some HIIT workouts to deplete my glycogen stores? Any thoughts?

Yes, do a few days of HIIT, and shorten the re-prep to 7.Cory

Even if you could shorten the prep I'd still do the 10days prep. Just to make sure.

Actually, you can.Kiefer talks about shortening the prep by a few days on page 115-116 in the CNS book, by incorporating cardio.  However, you should stop cardio the two days prior to the first CN after your re-prep.Cory

How long have you been running the diet before you had the double?

I have been running the diet for about 30-60 days or so.
