question about macros

    if my goal weight is 110 should i aim for 110 grams of protein and 55 grams of fat?

    May I make a suggestion? For 120lbs, your macros do look okay, I would suggest to try and stay within 85g-110g protein, and 72g-110g fats. These numbers are not set in stone. Both can go up and down based upon how you're feeling that day, and what you need. I'm not sure of your current body fat percentage, but knowing that will give an edge to finding out your current lean body mass.

I would like to eat to smaller meals early in the day and one bigger at night.     Yes, spread the fat around more evening.Maybe 30g in the first 2 meals, and the rest in the last meal.

    Yes, spread the fat around more evening.Maybe 30g in the first 2 meals, and the rest in the last meal.

    +1You don't want a minor amount of fat with the great amount of protein that you have in the last meal. Other than that, looks like an ideal plan.

    The fat is more important to maintain muscle the the protein. So no to adding whey or BCAA

    Meal 1: Eggs and baconMeal 2: 2 hamburgersMeal 3: Chicken filet and a proteindrinkI have to admit that I haven't been eating the same meals and macro's, I have just started with CNS. I'm trying to eat more structured so I can make changed as I go along!
