Hello,I have a question regarding the supplement protocol for CBL, specifically the use of the protein powders...I have an autoimmune skin disease (psoriasis) and I am using a strict version of the paleo diet in an attempt to get it in to remission without having to use meds. The protocol is standard paleo with the addition of no EGGS, DAIRY or NUTS. Essentially that means that all types of protein supps are on the list of things I cant eat. I tried incorporating whey isolate back in last week and do notice that it tends to bother my stomach and make my skin a bit worse.That being said, is there anything I can use whole food wise to mimic the effects of the morning accelerator shake, as I am doing the density bulking protocol for now. And post workout, can I still get the same results by eating some sort of lean protein rather than drinking the shakes, or do you think my results will suffer?Any advice is much appreciated.
