So I workout Wednesday-Sunday, with Monday & Tuesday off. This coming Wednesday would be the 10th day of my preparation phase. My question is whether I should eat a small amount of carbs the night before and then start BL the next day or should I just treat Wednesday as my 1st day and just consume my BL Carb amount? Thanks.
If you've been working out throughout the prep phase, you're likely fine to do a refeed the night before. That's IF you just want to give your Wednesday work out a little boost.Personally, since the very first backload after the prep phase is a big one, I'd probably wait until Wednesday, hit the gym hard to open up some tGLUT movement, and then pound some carbs the rest of the night.Up to you, though!
