Is it possible that in the 10 day of prep phase, glycogens will not be fully depleted on the day of carb nite? Let's say my eating habits before this relied heavily on carbs.
Good to know. Coz I ate so much carbs and re doing prep phase now. I've kept myself very occupied at work for these couple weeks and so I haven't done any exercise or HITT, just scared that may slow my progress. Although I know training is not necessary, but everyone here does it.
