So I was rereading sections of cbl as I am going to be shifting into SA for a month to see if it amplifies my results. Anyhow I am curious about tglut stimulation during training. I was wondering if it is specific to the muscles being trained or does it occur in all muscles during a workout? So on a leg day will it stimulate tglut in other muscles besides the ones being targeted.

Only in the muscles being worked by heavy contractions….

Yeah that was pretty much what I thought, would be cool if it did it for other muscles but its all good. Time to load on the carbs for leg recovery. Thanks for the quick response.

Thought you'd all find this graphic interesting.  Notice the skeletal muscle-specifit Tglut translocation.  File under things that make you go hmmm. The link is here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2821884/?tool=pmcentrez
