    I could see how fish oil supplementation can go bad.1. If its cheap or uncared for the fish oil is probably rancid, and thus actually counter productive for health.2. the body is designed for a certain ratio of omega 6 to 3 (4:1 I believe is the proper ratio, dont quote me). So, if you really jacked up omega 3 your still screwing w/ the ratio, just to the other extreme.3. And as mentioned, the whole mice thing, doesn't help. That all being said, fish oil supp. should not be dogmatic.

    Yup. Go for liquid fish oil and make sure it doesn't smell rancid. It's counter productive to supp with inferior products, you'd be better off not taking them. Carlson's Finest Fish Oil is the one I go for.
