Questions on nicotine gum?

I searched the forums about nicotine and i was on adding it to my supplemental routine. I was planning on buying 4mg nicotine gum but it has sugar alcohols is this alright? Try to get the version without sugar alcohols. 4 mg sounds high to me. Might want to start lower

Yea get the 2 mg.  According to Kiefer all you need is .5 - 1 mg.  I wonder if cutting the gum in half would be a good idea?

Each to their own i guess, i took 4mg for the past month, and really there is no difference for me what so ever

I take Nicorette originals. 2mg x3 a day. 0.19g of Sorbitol per gum.I stopped smoking so its serves 2 purposes anyway.
