Just Started Density Bulking my schedule is as follows: 330 am WakeAM Shake 830 -9am First Meal 12-1pm Second Meal Pre Workout Shake Train 4pmIntra Workout Shake Post Workout shake Post Training Meal 630-730pmBefore Bed Carbs 830 pmSince I'm training at 4pm should I hold off on the carbs with my shake? Also, does anybody notice anything I should change in my schedule to make it more effective? My day is so freaking long didn't know if I should change anything? Male 6'184 lbs9% BF
If you want to hold off on carbs in the PWO shake then it might help. Honestly I get sick when I have 30g or more of dextrose in my drink PWO, I have to wait an hour or so before ingesting carbs after training. And everything looks good, if you feel like you need another meal because low on energy then have more fat with those meals.
