Yes, I concur, 1TBSP or thereabouts is fine, don't need to be too precise. I love MCT… I find myself with more energy for workouts now than before when I used to have carbs. 😀
No sir. Just double checked. Both the AM (p125) and the pre workout (p131) state 1 tbsp. I used to hate melting it and then measuring it with a tablespoon so I poured it out onto a scale and got just shy of 15g.RB
Well I'm glad you checked then. Regardless, 10 or 15 will suffice and will depends on your preference and goals. I would use a little more for CO though.
