I can crush a kilo of peeled baked sweet potatoes no problem. For extra awesomeness mash them with some butter or coconut oil thrown in, and I doubt you'll have problems reaching your carb count. This is of course assuming you can't handle things like pastries and ice cream since it's very east to eat a ton of carbs on those as well. Another option is gluten-free kids cereals.

That's what I actually do. I love home made smoothies, so I put tons of boiled sweet potatos, add some whey, coconut milk, rilose and I am golden

Coming from a carb-phobic background it was really hard for me to eat carbs when backloading at first.I started at 300g, it was okay, no real fat loss but a little strength gain, but not what I wanted. I upped to 400g and felt better strength but still not really any fat loss, so then I upped to 600g+ and started seeing fat loss and huge strength increases. If you train at night still eat tons of carbs.I was training in the morning on friday and taking saturday off but I'd still eat tons of carbs friday night.

From your knowledge/experience, do younger guys/girls respond better to this diet or no?

Well I'm 20 and the people I've had get on CNS or CBLS have all been within 4 years of my age. With most diets younger people have an edge because of hormones, unless they have fucked their hormones up previously. My father does use CBL principle though, he doesn't work out but he just eats ULC and then he eat carbs at night 3-4 times a week, he hasn't lost fat, but hasn't gained any either which is his main goal.

Also, Japanese sweet potatoes, Holy shit I was in heaven…Bake them for an hour, cover it in butter and cinnamon and fall in love.
