Hi,just finished my first backload yesterday after the initial 10 day prep phase.I lost 5,5 lbs during the prep phase so my baseline carbs are around 500g according to the book.I finished my load in about 2 hours. Kcal: 4512Carbs: 523,3Protein: 198,75Fat: 192,75Iam almost at 50:50 fat/prot at the end, I dont know if this is good or do I have to cut a lot of fat out?My Routine looks like this:6am wake up8am a.m. acc shake10:30am 2nd a.m. acc shakenoon-1pm first meal, around 60-65g fat and protein6:30pm pre shake, coffee, 5g creatin, 10g whey, coconut milk7pm - train -9pm pwo 40g whey, 50g dextrose, 5g creatin~9:30pm starting the backloadfinished at about 11-12pm, bed timeMacros mentioned above are for the hole day, ulc part and backloading in the evening
