Hey guys,I'm going to start my 10 day ULC phase soon. I kinda jumped right into CBL without doing the 10-day transition and saw some good progress, but I want to give the program it's proper due and run it to a T.I currently take RCSS Pro-Antium post workout. I use two scoops at a time, so the macros come out like this:384 calories8 g fat20 g carb (4 g fiber)58 g protein (from whey, milk, and casein sources)It also has 5 g creatine per scoop, so I'm getting 10 g per day with two scoops.I was just wondering if taking 2 or even 1 scoops of the Pro-Antium would be allowable during the ULC phase and on days where I don't backload? If I'm not mistaken, I'm under the assumption that whey protein spikes insulin, so would Pro-Antium be a no-go unless I'm backloading? I don't take any other form of supplemental creatine except this so if I have to nix the Pro-Antium, I'll have to pick up some other creatine soon. Thanks for any responses!

Yeah your assumption is right. Its not ideal for ULC and during the prep. I would use something else during the prep then use this protein for your backloading times
