Evening all,  I am curious if anyone has successfully re-introduced gluten back into their diet (CNS or CBL)?  I tend to go GF unless it is a social event then I just eat whatever gluten laden foods are on offer, I can honestly say that I no longer feel any difference  whether GF or not, whereas when I first cut it out approx 12 months ago when I started following the various Keifer protocols, I felt a positive difference with eating GF.  I am just starting a 3 month stint of CNS (spent 5 months doing CBL-SA and DB) so will prob keep my carb nites GF for the first few weeks and then maybe give gluten a go.  But wondered what what you CNS/CBL veterans reckon.Cheers, Jon

I have and I have no reactions except for when I go totally crazy over the holidays.

Same as above. I have no ill effects now by eating gluten once or twice a week in my CNs, and before I was miserable. I took it out for a few months (3ish), then slowly re-introduced it into my CNs. Now I don't worry about it.

After listening to both Kiefer and Ben Coomber have said about healing the gut, I have also successfully reintroduced gluten into my diet on a weekly basis with no side effects. The only tomorrow's I eat during the week are potatoes and rice, and on the weekends when I go out with my fiancé I will eat some savory wheat products and/or desserts. This is after two years of being Paleo, and a year of sporadic reintroduction.100% paleo, 80% of the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have too.  When I was 100% gluten free, (for about 2 yrs) and then ate some, it would feel like something had kicked me in the stomach.  Over a few months I added more and more occasionally and now it doesn't bother me for the most part.  I stay gf during the week and then on CN, I'll have some and feel fine.

Thanks all.  Think I will slowly introduce some gluten treats sparingly into my carb nites, perhaps a few classic british puddings back on the menu!
