Back to OP question, does anyone have specific recommendations of exactly what to buy? I've looked around true nutrition, but there's a ton of stuff on there. For now I'm just plowing thru my ON gold standard whey.

Basic leucine, Creatine Mono.Whey isolate or concentrate, Dextrose, potato starch, or waxy maize. These are the basics. It doesn't matter which processing method you pick.Extra's are Whey hydro, casein hydro, and micellar casein, and Highly branched cyclic dextrins.

Alpha lipoic acid. It's not needed. I use it more for liver detox and digestion.

Ok, good news, I'm trying to keep it as simple with the supplements as I can. Save my $$ for some good whole food sources.  ;D

As you should. The only thing I think everyone should get is Fish oil, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Whey isolate, Leucine, and creatine.Caffeine and MCT oil are both cheap and I would recommend them to everyone, but I wouldn't say they are needed.Past that things are extra for different reasons not even always pertaining to CBL.

Thanks for the help brother, just wondering with MCT Oil, any specific brand or store you get it from? It's impossible to find in store around here. I found some on true nutrition and amazon, that may be my best bet. Also, the fish oil, I found that typical fish oil caps only have about 300-400mg of the actual Omega-3's we want out of the entire 1,000mg cap. Any specific brand you know of that makes a more "concentrated" version where I could get maybe 1,000mg of just Omega-3's and not the filler? Thanks again man!

I get everything from TN or amazon.I do NOW foods MCT oil, and carlsons liquid fishoil. You wont find it just straight up EPA/DHA, but carlsons, NOW foods ultra omega3, and Nordic naturals seem to be your best bet.

Fat loss was steady without it. I've increased calories slowly since using it, but I've also done more work since then. If you have the money great, it's got some health benefits, but it's far from my tops supplements list.

Go to this link,  find my last post on page 3 I think.  I put a list of stuff I'm using and you will find others who have posted as well what they use.  Hope it helps.  http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=10725.0

Well thanks to Trevor, I found both the MCT oil and a great fish oil on amazon. NOW foods 100% MCT Oil and Carlson Labs Elite Omega-3 Gems Fish Oil 1250mg Softgels. The fish oil was the most Omega-3's I could find in softgel form, 800mg per softgel. Hope this can help anyone else looking for some quality products to add to their supplements.
