Just so I got my info correct, HBCD's don't cause a insulin spike like Dextrose. So taking HBCD's would be a bad idea to use in a PWO correct?

I've said it before, having high amounts of it suddenly does it to lots of people, it's not just you. I'm guessing it's the massive influx of very fast carbs flushing through your system.Rilous, potato starts, waxy mazie, sweet potato starch, and bananas will all work well.

Tex order strawberry karbolyn, it is pricey but I promise you won't go back.

20g does fine for me. 40g, I get the runs.
