I am a girl, 176 cm tall, normal bone structure and weigh at the moment around 69 kilos. what do you think, how low can I get my weight and still be healthy, eat normal (no calorie reduction), have nice muscles…is 55-59 kilos achieveable?
wow, I don tknow much about that site..I just looked at it when you said it on this thread…it says my ideal weight is 128! Uh…I have about 68 pounds to lose!!! ;(Based on my Bod Pod results and the percentage of fat I have and what not...my ideal weight I think is about 137, I think 128 I would look sick. 😮
hmm… ok. I am fine with 59 kilos, when the most oft that is muscle and not fat 😀 and with the CNS I am on my way to achive that… I think I will look much better with 59 kilos and 15 % bodyfat than with 55 kilos and 20% bodyfat (like I did before…)
