So beggers can't be choosers.  However I kicked off my reorentation last tuesday, is it a big deal that my carb night isn't until 11 days away?  Saturdays while deployed are the key dates where high carb is there.  And lets say from here on out, Saturday IS my only real option for my CN, big deal?

So going 7 days inbetween CN isn't an issue?  Saturday's are usually the pizza n wing night..plus cheese cake.  I didn't expect to start CNS so early, but it sounded like a good hobby/life style change for this deployment.  Already have an ok training schedule but nurtion was out of wack.  Thanks!

I was going 7 days between carb nites. (every tuesday) My only issue was that my work outs on Monday and Tuesday took a hit. I was so depleted and my body was yelling at me.

The standard, baseline CNS is done 1 time per week, so every 7th day.
