    I am new, and my questions are:
    1. How many days per week I can do resistance training and CBL.
    2. I can do HIIT without resistance training and CBL some days.

    1. Depends on your goal. It’ll also take experimentation.
    2. Again, depends on your goal. If fat loss is your goal then I wouldn’t.
