    Hi girls!I don't remember taking a pic of myself when I didn't feel too good about my body. I know many of you do like to keep them for progress purposes but I was never into that. I don't ever step on a scale either. I have a pair of jeans from my best years ( when I felt in love with fitness) and that's my goal; to fit in them like before. I tried them on after months and they are almost comfortable...When I first started CN, I went a bit crazy on my CN evenings and the next days I would feel effing bloated, heavy, exhausted... So I decided to change things a bit and I feel better. Cns are sweet potatoes, sushi(sticky rice, yum!), gluten free pretzels from Whole Foods, lower fat granola, and dark chocolate melted for my pretzels... Tons of water and fast a bit longer next day. The longer I usually do is 15 hours and I feel awesome to eat a steak for dinner next day!However, I am not an expert. I just pay attention to what my role models in fitness do and have fun changing things here and there. I know that many of you guys like going crazy on CN. I tried and I hated feeling lean 2 days a week and 5 bloated... But each of you should find your journey :):)

    I am with you.Β  I am heading into my 3rd CN and I am already over the desire to just go crazy and stuff myself with everything that looked good through the week.Β  I have found that just the knowledge that there will be a day of relaxation to enjoy whatever I want makes getting through the week a totally different experience to other diets where you felt like you were serving a life sentance.Β  When CN comes around most of the time I don't really want that stuff anymore.Β  Like you said it's an individual journey for everyone and I appreciate everyone sharing it is nice to hear what everyone else is going through and super motivating to see great results like yours

    My Nites are fairly clean πŸ˜‰ I also do the same as she is doing. Especially if you run the re-feed till around Midnight, then won't have to eat till around Lunch time the next day, I personally don't feel hungry till Dinner. So I wait. Just like Ms Amanda ;D

    I won't lie that I change things a lot. I have my CN on the 5th day sometimes or the 10th again… It depends how I feel. I also tried to be clean as much as I can but sometimes I just DON'T CARE and eat madness. But, I workout madness too when that happens. Just for fun πŸ™‚

    Thank you!! πŸ™‚We'll see how I will be counting macros now. I've never done it but I think it's time cuz the 10 last lbs are the hardest!!!Btw- I'm going to the LA Fitness Expo today. Does anyone know if DH will have a booth there???:)
