Resveratrol vs. Trans-Resveratrol

    Anyone know much about these two?  Or about the quality differential amongst the various resveratrol products out there?

    From my own digging around 250g is what you want for thyroid stimulation. Transresveratrol is the one with research backing, and you want to take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach/ before caffeine and/or an hour before your workouts NEVER post workout since it competes with mTOR pathway signaling.
