Hello! I am pretty new to CBL and I was wondering… If I ride my bike to work (about 6 miles) do I need to do anything special? Should I ride fasted and still wait until 12pm to eat my first meal? Also if I ride home after my workout should I drink my PWO shake after I ride home or after my “resistance training”?I don't think that this has been asked yet, I tried to do some searches but I couldn't find anything. Yes you could do it fasted. If your already at your 12-14 hour mark you could have a meal before the ride or an AM shake. I think a 6 mile bike ride wouldn't warrant a PWO shake, I know it for sure wouldn't if your PWO shake has carbs included. Only spike insulin and only have carbs after resistance training.
