I know the internet generally isn't the best place to get medical advice, but I've noticed that some of the people here may have some experience with this.A bit of background: I'm lactose intolerant, and have been struggling with stomach pains and nausea since i was a child. When I was in the military (7 years ago) I got right abdominal pains when running, and that got so bad that I had trouble breathing. The military doctor said it was minor gastritis, and that I shouldn't worry about it. When I got out of the military, the doctors said it was muscular, and I shouldn't worry about it.This all cleared up a couple of years later when I totally stopped eating milk products. But now it's back, and I haven't eaten any milk-products. The pain only gets severe when I train, and yesterday I had to cut the workout short because of it. It's not appendicitis (no release-pains, and it's been going on for about 2 weeks now.), but it does seem to be escalating.Any thoughts?I'm thinking something is inflamed, so I've stopped all coffee consumption and upped the fish oil and curcumin.
