I was just wondering about carbs when backloading.Roughly am taking about 300g and I am slowly filling up but there's no signs of leaning up yet should I cut it 250g ? Or stick with 300g

First off, how much do you weight and how long have you been backloading roughly? You are talking about leaning up so i would assume you are doing CBL SA correct?

Male or female, how tall are you, and what do your ULC meals look like in a typical day?

Male 5ft7 normally it's just the basics either 5 bioled eggs with steam veg and 50-100g almonds or it might be tuna or chicken as a source of protien, the general ideas the same though protien followed by steam vegs with 50-100g of almonds or cashews

I do have progaine as well which has slow burning carbs before bed which I know is a problem but I don't want to waste the tub. Even tho the whole point is to backload with fast burning carbs.

To many nuts broheim! If you had 100gs of cashews thats almost your daily 30g of carbs worse if their roasted, have some bacon on mince instead coconut oil, cheese, heavy cream but yeah way to many nuts in my opinion

I agree. A small amount of Almonds are fine and carbs arent a big deal. But you still want to minimise plant based fats. 100g of almonds is about 50g of fat.

Don't reduce your fat intake, just change the type of fats you're taking in.

Macadamia Nuts are ok occasionally, almonds same thing. Not a whole bunch though. Plant fats such as olive oil, mac oil, avocados, etc (Sans coconut oil) are not ideal. reason being is that they cause inflammation in the stomach and gets stored as actual FAT! Which is horribly true. Stick to butters, Ghee, coconut oil, animal fats. If you have left over bacon fat/grease use that to cook lean beef in or eggs. It helps save on money and more convinent. If you're wanting something crunchy to snack on have the almonds or macs every now and then.

you want high glycemic fast absorbing carbs and protein Post-workout.  Low glycemic would not be Optimal

2 ways i go bout nuts is and i agree almonds are good, eat all nuts RAW, id recomend walnuts their got the most omega 3-6 ratio, pecans have the lowest carb content, i eat nuts a fair bit but not to man, so enjoy in MODERATION and dont make it your staple food, it seems to me everyones staple food is bacon so give it a try, mine is chicken thigh
