Does anybody here train with rings or jungle gym xt?I'm thinking about starting as i heard the many benefits. Does anyone have an opinion on which is better rings or Jungle Gym xt for someone just starting out?
I just recently made a pair of rings for supplemental work. I think they are great so far, I am just wondering if there are any detrimental effects on glycogen replenishment by performing isometric holds and levers. I haven't been able to find that on the forums yet.
