Wnelson11MemberHey Guys,I am a little late on starting this but figured I should start now. I have competed in a couple NPC shows for Men's Physique and will be competing in a local show in town. I am only about 5 weeks out and will be using a varied approach of cbl with carb nite to get contest ready. I am using an approach originally by CptSmash and Ferg with some alterations. Attached is a picture of where I was at 2 weeks ago. Right now I'm about 172 at 7%. I will be logging my nutrition and workouts along with my progress. Thanks!!!

I think it is easy to follow and shows enough insight to my day.DATE: Sunday March 14SLEEP & NAPS:Slept 9 hours last night WEIGHT, APPEARANCE & FEEL IN THE AMWoke up weighing 170lbs which is a lot lighter than I want to be. I like extremely lean right now but feel a little flat. FAST DURATIONI didn't have anything until the 11hr mark where I had an accelator shake (coffee, co, protein,) CARDIO:NonePRE TRAINING MEALNoneTRAINING, REACTIONCARB INTAKENonOTHER NOTES: Food was pretty constant throughout the day after the shake about an hour later I had the followingMeal 1: 1 turkey burger 30g protein 8g fat with 1 tablespoon coconut oil Meal 2: SameMeal 3: 2 Tablespoons PB2 with coconut oil Meal 4: 4 egg whites 1 whole egg Meal 5: Before bed 20g whey isolate with 3g leucine and pb2 and coconut oil... Soooo good I actually mixed it all and put in the fridge before bed. Tomorrow back at training!!!

I hope you guys are still following.So I have decided after talking to CptSmash and a couple others I will be doing two shows. The first one will be April 13 and then rebounding to do a show April 20. The shows I will be competing in are COMPLETELY different as far as posing etc so we will see. DATE: March 25 Tuesday & 26 Wednesday SLEEP & NAPS:I slept about 8 hours felt pretty good this morning still felt pretty flat and ended up doing around 350g total of carbs. (Tuesday) Same thing Wednesday... so tonight I will be having a refeed (cheat) to see how my body responds last friday was my last cheat day but have become pretty flat since thenWEIGHT, APPEARANCE & FEEL IN THE AMWeight has been low both days which is why I will be doing an epic cheat tonight FAST DURATION11 hours had some coffee and coconut oil to break the fast (same both days) CARDIONil (Tuesday)HIIT/Core (Wednesday) Even though my weight has been low I felt this was really important to staying on track maybe its just me PRE TRAINING MEAL2 tablespoons coconut oil 6 ounces chickenTRAINING, REACTIONChest (Tuesday)Back (Wednesday) Had posing today which went extremely well.. The guy I am working with has won numerous bb comps and actually is rated one of the top bodybuilders of all time for being natural his name is David Asparza. He was impressed at my overall symmetry and shape and was surprised at how dry I was already. CARB INTAKETuesday- 150g simple carbs postworkout 700g white rice Wednesday- Refeed Shake before bedOTHER NOTESStill feeling a little flat almost like I'm chasing the pump haha. My responds extremely well to these refeeds so I am excited to see what I look like tomorrow
