    So, just curious how long some of u other SAers go sans food in the am & What have u seen the best results doing? I personally am very hungry in the am and have trouble going 1.5hrs without food after my ACC. Shake.

    Also, what’s the longest u guys recommend going without taking another shake or without food after the first (upon waking) shake? I normally never go longer than 2hrs. bc in the book Kiefer mentions waiting “a couple of hours or more” between shakes….

    I wake up, and seriously within 30 minutes I have coffee with HWC. This usually is around 8 hours from my last meal. If you’re hungry, eat. Plain and simple. I normally have some breakfast in the mornings (meaning bacon and sausage or meats of some kind) with the coffee/HWC.

    If you’re in dire need of food after the Accelerator Shake, then get some food.

    So you’ve seen good fat loss results basically just listening to your body?

    I’ve always been the type that feels if u ain’t hungry u ain’t burning fat lol!..but maybe I’m being too hard on myself lol! Normally I just eat whenever I get really hungry after the shake which I also take bout 30min after I get up. And it varies daily..Monday I was starving at the 1hr mark and today I went two hours sans food just fine…

    It helps yes because yesterday is different from today. Example, I had just 2-3tbsp of HWC with coffee in the morning and felt fine going into lunch, even though I was doing a lot more at work. Today I had a little over 6tbsp of HWC with Coffee and needing to eat soon because of what I am personally needing today now, plus more. I also try to make sure I hit certain macros daily.

    Wow thats a lot of HWC but I like the taste as well. Have u noticed any difference taking HWC w/ ISO as opposed to Coconut Oil and ISO? I recently switched to CO bc I feel like from re-reading the book Kiefer recommends it more and it’s got a lot of good health benefits..

    Yea I track macros daily, just feel like the leaner and more serious u r the more it’s needed….
