Hey everyone, I've been working on CBL for a few weeks now and have been trying to figure out when to back load. I work a pseudo night shift ( 3pm-12am ) wake around 10am, and workout at 12pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday consistently. I know that part of the book says that the back loading should be done to refill the glycogen stores for the following workout ( so with my workout schedule, I back load on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.) Is this the proper protocol ? And would I gain/lose anything by switching the back loading to the day of my workout ? Thanks for your help!
