donnertrudKeymasterHi guys,There is not much to say, I simply cannot decide whether I should go for SA oder DB. Yes I actually look fairly lean on these pictures, but I am very tall ( 6'3 ) and still got a little bit of fat above my abs which is kind of annoying. However I am very skinny aswell ( due to my long arms and height it actually looks even worse ).I've attache 2 pictures from today :http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/d0ph-w-6364-jpg.htmlhttp://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/d0ph-x-182b-jpg.htmlWhat would you suggest ?Regardless of this question, is the preparation necessary for DB anyway ? Since I would eat carbs every night, so I doubt that the preparation makes any sense ? But correct me if I am wrong.

Density Bulk ---> You look like you would have a hard time putting on body fat anyway... i could be wrong though. are you around 180Lbs?

Its probably lack of muscle more than too much fat in your case. Id second the DB recommendation. What work do you do for abs?

donnertrudGuestI never worked them isolated. I always did compound movements, but I never had an ab exercise.

200 was my first guess because your pretty tall.Like the other dude said though, you just need to increase your overall lean body mass... appearance of fat will diminish whille you progress.happy training!
