Hisince we consume allot of red meat on this diet, what is the safest way to coot it and still taste good and retain fat?I read that cooking red meat on high temperatures causes the release of some bad and harmful sustenance.Thanks for your patience.
Cooking anything at a high temperature is bad. The safest is either boiling it (which is gross) or roasting it at a low temperature (which is good but takes too long).Just cook it normally and don't worry about it. Just don't cook it until it chars.
