For the morning/afternoon period before training on CBL how dangerous is it to add some salsa to eggs that would contain roughly 2-3 carbs for a couple of tablespoons or a mustard containing the same amount to some chicken? Would this potentially cause an insulin spike that would be dramatic enough to stop the fat loss process? Grand total would probably be 4-5 carbs between the 2 meals.
Lol that's awesome.I definitely wouldn't worry about those small things. I add ketchup everyday to stuff and use salsa with my eggs periodically. You'll be just fineĀ ;D
