@MW totally right. I just have no desire to eat like a normal person does. (Actually, seems like I have no desire to eat at all. I've gotten through all of three eggs and 100g of bacon, and it's bedtime soon.)The only ONE thing that might change once I reach my body fat and LBM and performance goals is that I might make exceptions when eating out and in social settings.

Is that cooked bacon amount? but overall how do you count carbs in banana lets say, do you open it and weight it? and then calculate based on weight or is that going crazy

I don't believe any of us eat fruit at all. Most of us just stick to Beef, eggs, bacon, butter, and coconut oil. Maybe some greens here and there.

On a CN, ill do some really ripe banana's. I wouldn't worry about amount of carbs in them though, especially on a CN.

Hey guys – how long have each one of you been on CN? And how long does it take to see difference ( I know each body is different but I'm asking average time)Fairy - what's your daily calorie intake? Do you even count them? And how is your carb nite? Dirty or clean? I want to know a woman's opinion 🙂 Thanks love.

Your not aiming for 30, 30 is the max amount

One last question, how do you get your fiber in. Do most people go for Broccoli/Califlower?

Today is my 4th carb night, so I've been going for about a month.I started to noticed some fat loss around the 3rd week. Although the scales haven't really gone down yet, just fluctuated around 16st.

Yes I should read the book before asking stupid questions. Just one curious question, what is your carb intake when you are not on CN? Is everyone on "Keto-like" more or less year around?

Planing to be in a keto state for most of the rest of my life 🙂 Wouldn't have it any other way

Same here, CBL or CNS, maybe more paleo / bulletproof in the future.

yes, that is the absolute max carbs in day, and 10g per meal, but most of us are probably close to 10g a day. The last three days Ive been below five (only those from eggs).

Kid, search the forums. While each of us are willing to help, the forums have been around for a while now and I'm pretty sure that your questions have already been answered. For those who ask about what their CN looks like or wanting tips. Go to their logs and follow.

It pays to be a “lurker” for your first week to get the gist of things.

Hi Amandinha,I've been on CN for 4.5 months. You will see a difference straight away, and from there it cycles between periods of no progress and periods of sudden progress.  I have no idea what my calorie intake is. I only eat when I'm hungry, and once you cut out carbs, you don't feel like eating very much.My carb nite is 'dirty' though I try to go for higher quality ice cream, chocolate etc.Since I saw Kiefer's latest video, my carb Nite's will look like:First 3 hours (low fat)1) ULC Shake2) Rice & Dextrose3) Rice & Dextrose/Marshmallows Last 3 hours (junk)4) Ice cream & rice5) Doughnuts 6) Cake in a bowl with milk on topOh, also wanted to add, I just eat as much as I can stomach on Carb Nites. No limit.

I think people should dive right in and start experimenting. You can't do any harm.

I don't really bother with fibre in all honesty. But will occasionally have some greens just because it's supposed to be healthy. Broccoli + butter is nice. Also goes well with bacon 🙂
