My cousin wants to get in shape and will be starting CBL after his 10-day prep phase. The problem is he has scoliosis. Does this throw Shockwave and 5/3/1 out the window? I'm not even sure if deadlifts, squats, bench press, and military press in general would be a good idea for him.Are there any safe resistance training workouts/programs he can do that will still enable CBL to function optimally?
