Searching but can’t find exact answers to my questions

    First off, new poster here. Currently on day 4 of the prep phase and actually feeling good, and it's almost like I have more energy on this high fat/protein diet and 30g of carbs a day. Getting about 2400 calories a day.Anyways, my schedule has me working out at 10-11pm, and my current routine is 3 times a week, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.From what I've read so far, no need to CBL after training since I won't be working out the next day. Does this sound right?I go to bed around 3am so I have time to get a meal in if needed (vanilla wafers/cereal/rice/etc), but I guess I'm wondering if that will be a hindrance since I won't workout the next day and don't need the carbs to fuel a workout for Tuesday, and should just wait to CBL on Tuesday night.What kind of options do I have?I should add in I work a job that is somewhat physically demanding M-F, although so far during the prep phase I've felt fine - maybe better.Thanks to anyone that reads this long-winded post  đŸ™‚

    It depends. If you're training that evening backload. If you're training in the morning backload the night prior. If you go ULC a few days before training. Backload that evening.
