So this morning I had a few beers because I was at a social event.  It was 4 miller lights over 2 hours or so which is I believe 12-15g carbs.  My plan is to have a small protein shake(18g isolate, 5g creatine, 5g leucine) in order to spike insulin to get things out of my blood and then wait 3-4 hours to have a ULC meal.  My question is this: Should my ULC meal include a good amount of fat or just a lot of protein?I figured the insulin spike I'm having 3-4 hours before the meal should clear my blood of any macronutrients that may be left and then the insulin should return to low so that I can have a ULC meal and keep it low.  Is this correct, or would there likely still be some reactions that would store the fat? Also, I haven't had the protein shake yet, so if that is a bad idea too, please let me know.  Thanks.
