Howdy, my name is Shae Jones and I live out in BFE in the west Texas town of Midland. I have been powerlifting for about 5 years now but I have been training for about 20 years now. I played football in Highschool and College so I have a general grasp of weight training some concepts. I was introduced to CBL by a buddy of mine and just started following the process. I bought the book this weekend and have read it front to back. I have written my own meal plan and protein shake plan so I am excited to start using it July 30.
