Iam currently deep in my Carb Nite and wanted to do HIIT in the “morning” at 11am. Cant go earlier because the Gym opens at 11…My question is. When i get up at 10 and want to do HIIT at 11 what kind of shakes/supplements or nutriton should i use? Normally my ULC Days start with a 1 hour breake and then one AM Shake with 30ml of pure MCT oil. a few hours another one. Lunch is always after 2pm. In addition i have legday tomorrow which i always do the day after carb nite. The workout shall begin at around 5pm but iam flexible there since i have the day off. What would you suggest concerning timing the training and using supplements? My normal Pre Workout for lifting is 10g Whey Isolate, some MCT, creatine and 400-800mg of caffeine. Post workout i normally just go home and eat some bacon or so and take some creatine.

Its been discussed but an ULC shake is okay after HIITAlso regarding what to have after a workout, have you searched that answer in the forums or Facebook page? You could look at Member's Logs and such.

I could not find the exact answer. I was more looking for an answer if i should do HIIT without ingesting anything prior or not. I guess post workout i just drink the AM Shake to further fast?

Simple answer is any exercise is going to be catabolic in nature. You don't want this, so supplement accordingly to prevent ongoing catabolism. TONS of information directly relating to this on the forums!  ;D
