shift work and CNS

    Hi all,
    I work shifts and it is tiring.
    My shifts are as follows thursday to wednesday 7pm – 7am, thurs + friday OFF then saturday and sunday 7pm – 7am then monday to friday 9pm – 7am.
    I sleep at 8am and wake up at 1pm and train 3 times a week some times from 3pm to 4pm.
    What is the best way to do CNS?

    If you’re consistently on that sleep schedule, your Circadian Rhythm most likely have adjusted to it. So just have a Carb Nite (or Morning) before you go to sleep. Start eating carbs 6-8 hours before hitting the hay.
