Just a quick question for the warmup sets in this program. When i think of level 0 warmup sets I'm thinking something just to get the blood flowing. Now when we are warming up with sumo deadlifts, leg extensions and what not…how easy are these supposed to really be? 50 percent of max? thanks!
50% sounds pretty good. Usually when I was doing the program I would do my sumo deads at 135 and 185 then light leg extension and then start squatting.
