    For the high-wide pully rows I put the lat pulldown bar on the high cable of the pully machine, holding the bar at the widest part, sit down with my back about 70 degress to the ground and pull the bar to my chest.Could be wrong but it works for meĀ  :-

    I had always figured the high-wide pulley rows were performed like face pulls. That's what I've been doing. Works my upper back pretty goodSent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

    Yeah, they are face pulls.
