My wife FINALLY is listening to reason and is ready to ditch the steady-state cardio and replace it with HIIT and lifting. My question is: are there any adjustments that need to be made to Shockwave if you're a woman training? I bought the iPhone app (which is awesome) but you only get to create one account and honestly, I will skip paying 10 bucks for my wife to have her own login if we're going to be doing pretty much the same routine anyway. 😉
