Hi guysWhen i heard about the App available for the Shockwave Protocol I went to the http://shockwaveprotocol.com/ site and downloaded the app, the link on the shockwaveprotocol.com site links to the GAIN Fitness Cross Trainer app, yep it is good and you can get the the shockwave Protocol Training pack as an add on.But today i found this link by accident:-https://itunes.apple.com/app/id598048291?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4It is "Shockwave Protocol by DH Kiefer By GAIN Fitness" a shockwave specific version of the Gain Fitness app.The differences I find between the two apps is Shockwave is included and 5 prebuilt Shockwave Workouts.I think the link on the "http://shockwaveprotocol.com/" site should be updated.Just sharing
